Your task:
Within our international team, you contribute to the next generation of smart indoor cleaning robots. Your activities will support the advanced perception of items and objects within a typical household by a robot.
In addition, you will be involved in the design of an adapted robot behavior to react accordingly towards recognized objects.
Your responsibilities:
Design and adjustment of algorithms to improve the perception of an indoor robot within a typical household environment
Interpretation of captured data, ideally by usage of machine learning
Evaluation of the quality of algorithms designed by ongoing experiments
Your skills:
Strong background in computer science, engineering, robotics or a similar field of study
Strong experience in computer vision, ideally in a robotic context
Experience in software development, e.g. C++, Python, and agile development methods
Background in Linux systems, DevOps chain and continuous integration are an added advantage
Fluent in English language written and spoken and being a good team player
